Veritas WAGAS Chile is a partnership between two established F&I provider companies: Veritas Global Protection, based in the United States of America, and WAGAS SA, based in the European Union.

Between the two organizations, Veritas WAGAS and their affiliated companies write more than $250 million in gross premiums per year and serve some of the world’s largest manufacturers including Alfa Romeo, BMW, Dacia, Honda, Kia, Mitsubishi, Renault , Subaru, Suzuki, Volvo, and several of the world’s largest dealer groups. Our ever-expanding geographic footprint means we serve clients in North and South America, across Europe, and in South Africa; with plans for further global expansion into Asia and the Middle East. Veritas WAGAS offers warranties and GAP insurance for nearly every type of automobile (including exotic and electric vehicles), motorcycles, medium and heavy trucks, recreational vehicles, brown and white goods, agricultural and earth moving machinery.

Veritas Global Protection ‘s predecessor was founded in 2011 by Elijah Norton and has become one of the fastest growing providers of vehicle service contracts (the equivalent of extended warranties) and extended warranties in the United States and around the world. launch process in Canada. In 2024, WAGAS wrote more than $50,000,000 USD in gross written premiums and is the largest independent F&I third party administrator (TPA) in the Eastern European Union. WAGAS works with dealers, importers, and OEM manufacturers throughout many European countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. In addition, WAGAS can offer insurance in all the countries of the European Union and WAGAS works with international insurers with a credit rating of “A-“ or better.
